Bytes Systems Integration is a Specialist IT Services and Solutions Provider that helps our Clients plan, build, support and manage their IT infrastructures.

We achieve this by supplying a variety of software and application development and Systems Integration services, as well as a well-defined off-the-shelf product toolset

Job Function:
Financial clerk function. Areas of focus being purchasing and expense cycle, bank, general ledger processing and reporting, resolution of queries and Adhoc reporting. 

 Providing backup and support to the other finance functions and any other financial administrative functions.

  • Purchase order processing
  • Expense and subsistence claim processing
  • Preparation of schedules – eg training and travel and tax
  • Recording of fixed assets
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable
  • Preparation and posting of accruals
  • EFT payments
  • Maintenance of BBBEE procurement documents
  • Allocation of bank entries
  • Filing
  • Petty Cash
  • Participation in audits
Education Required:
  • Matric
  • Accounting qualification
  • Accounting package certificate (advantageous)
Essential Competencies:
  • Accounting package experience – preferably pastel
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Exchange, Powerpoint
  • High attention to detail
