Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliveries, receipt, storage
  • Assist with the checking of stock receipt
  • Assist with sorting of the stock
  • Assistance with inventory of the dispensary and individual studies
  • Assist with receipt of IMP and maintaining all documentation as per Sponsor guidelines and local regulations
  • Assist with correct storage of IMP on each study
  • Assist with maintaining temperature logs
  • Assist with counting IP returns
  • Assist with preparing stock returns for monitor visits
Admin and other duties
  • Assist with collating files, deliver IP medicine to SSC’s during busy times
  • Assist with filing and sorting documentation
  • Maintain documentation on the processes executed where applicable
  • The Person
  • Completed Diploma / NQF Level 6 Pharmacy Technician (Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant or equivalent) qualification from a University of Technology or recognised tertiary institution
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of Business English
  • Appropriate MS Office Skills
