Job Description
  • Source Quotations from third party suppliers
  • Expedite deliveries and provide feedback to the internal clients
  • Distribute to the various regions all orders delivered at Head Office
  • Maintain filing for tenders
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Maintain the supplier database to ensure vendor information is up to date
  • Liaise with suppliers to collect BBBEE and Tax Clearance certificates
  • Identify potential suppliers
  • Ensure compliance to SCM procedures and policies
  • Manage daily queries and escalate where necessary to the respective person in the team
  • Coordinate the calibration of technical equipment
  • Effective communication and stakeholder relationship management
  • Accompany the team on supplier visits.
  • Perform Ad Hoc tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
  • 3 years tertiary qualification in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or other Business related studies
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft  Office
