Volkswagen IT Graduate Trainee Programme 2019

Volkswagen has an IT Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme  is designed for motivated, driven and dedicated individuals who possess excellent communication skills, leadership potential and an above average academic record. As a permanent employee of Volkswagen Group South Africa, Graduate Trainees undergo a 11 month intensive training programme including Personal Development, Leadership Development and On-the-job Training which will provide graduates with a solid foundation from which to build their careers.


Our Trainee Programmes provide opportunities for passionate individuals who share our values of Respect, Integrity, Excellence and One Team, to explore the dynamic world of vehicle manufacturing. Education and Experience
University Degree or 3 Year National Diploma in one of the following fields:
- Information Technology/ Information Services
- Bachelor of Science: Information Technology
