4000 X Estate Agency Affairs Board Internship Opportunities 2019

The Estate Agency Affairs Board  is inviting applications from unemployed graduates, diploma holders and matriculants to fill 4,000 jobs during the 2019/20 financial year.  The Estate Agency Affairs Board is calling on SA youth between the ages of 18-35 to submit their CV in order to be considered for the 'One Learner — One Estate Agency' Youth Programme.



The 'One Learner - One Estate Agency' Youth Empowerment Brigade Programme is aimed at placing intern estate agents in the service of registered estate agency enterprises so that they may act under the supervision and control of a suitably qualified mentor as they take their journey from Intern Estate Agent to Professional Practitioner in Real Estate and finally Master Practitioner in Real Estate. This internship period is intended to equip intern estate agents with the required property market experiential learning while they obtain the necessary real estate qualifications to qualify as Property Practitioners.

Successful candidates will receive 12 months of training with a registered estate agency firm while receiving a monthly stipend.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Certified copy of CV 
  • Certified copy of ID 
  • Certified copy of Qualification, either Degree / Diploma or Matric Certificate 
The 'One Learner One Estate Agency' Youth Empowerment Brigade Programme recruits will have income earning opportunities throughout the period that they are on the programme.

Armed with this information the EAAB will be in a position to match appropriate intern estate agents with able and willing mentors/host employers. The intern estate agent will be required, at this stage, to apply to the EAAB for the issue of an intern fidelity fund certificate accompanied by payment of the required levy.
