Honeywell Graduate Opportunity 2020

Honeywell is looking for a young graduate who will be responsible for general Administration and Customer and Sales Support function through the whole process from order receipt to final delivery. The graduate will maintain & promote the company’s key objective of providing high quality, on time delivery to the customer.



Principal Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to SFDC cadence in particular in relation to Account Reviews, Weekly Reviews,Opportunity updates and Impact Reviews.
  • Communicating with ESD’s on a daily basis with regards to forecasting of materials for upcoming projects, variation orders and spares.
  • Manage stock levels for projects, variation orders and spares.
  • Track order process and submit or follow up with CS on the same day to reduce processing time.
  • Check customer orders for accuracy in terms of content and price. Ensure the relevant approvals are received prior to processing an order.
  • Ensure proper closure in SFDC of opportunities won, lost, abandoned etc.
  • Provide regular updates to ESD’s during the order process with regards to SOA, delivery times etc.
  • Provide quotations to ESD’s when required.
  • Managing all order and quotations that have been created and process on spreadsheet and keep quotation/order register updated at all times.
  • Resolve customers queries and issues in a timely fashion
  • Communicate with CS team ensuring that orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with customer’s forwarders to ensure goods are picked up & dispatched on time.Follow up with customers to ensure that collections have been completed.
  • Update SFDC in accordance with information gathered from Sales & Customers
  • Identify and track the root causes pertaining to RMA and develop corrective action where required.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Training Coordination and booking to ESD’s, Consulting Engineers and End Users.

Education Required

  • Min 3-year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
