Adapt IT Human Resources Internships Opportunities 2020

Adapt IT has 3 X Human Resources Internships opportunities for recent graduates. The role of the interns is to provide comprehensive HR administration and support to the HR team across all aspects of HR. The main function is to ensure high quality HR service is delivered to the business.



Primary Responsibilities for the Role

· Payroll Administration

· First point of contact for employees

· Maintain payroll information as required

· Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports

· Document workflow and work procedures

· Benefits Administration

· First point of contact for employees

· Process employee enrollments and terminations as required

· Prepare and maintain related benefits records and reports

· Process vendor reports and invoices

· Administer leave

· Document workflow and work procedures

· Human Resource Management Systems

· Resolve problems, perform schedule activities, and liaison with service providers

· Document workflow and work procedures and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity


· Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries

· Administration

· Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources

· Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from human resources

· Collect, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

· Organize and maintain paper files

· Maintain human resources calendar

· Maintain administrative forms and manuals

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements

· Matric / Grade 12 / Equivalent

· Qualification in HR Management / Industrial Psychology / Similar
