Sasol Graduate Opportunity 2020

Glacier by Sanlam has a graduate opportunity for young people in the country.  Under general supervision, performs a limited variety of clerical duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents and maintaining records and files.  Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available.

What will make you successful in this role?

  • Ensuring that the highest level of client service is provided to all clients (internal, IFA’s and investors)
  • Assisting clients with investment administration queries
  • Providing investment and product information to IFA’s and investors
  • Assisting the Communication Centre with telephonic enquiries when required
  • Involved in ad-hoc client services projects

Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • A relevant financial degree / diploma
  • Interest in a career in the financial/investment industry
  • South African citizen
  • Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in English.  Afrikaans will be advantageous.
  • Qualification and Experience
  • Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.
  • Degree or Diploma with 1 to 2 years related experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Processing transactions and conduct simple calculations
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Record keeping, filing and maintenance of databases
