Time and Labour Consultants Internship Opportunity 2020

Time and Labour Consultants is looking for a Payroll Intern who has an interest in Payroll/Office administration and Bookkeeping.

Payroll duties:

  • End to end processing of company payrolls (weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly).
  • Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system.
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records.
  • Capturing hours and work with time sheets from various clients in different industries

Accounting Duties:

  • Invoicing Clients
  • Managing monthly statements for various clients
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Maintain a proper filing system for all Invoices

Office and HR Administration support:

  • Liaise with clients
  • Assist with day to day HR and business management queries

Minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Studying towards HR or bookkeeping qualification
  • Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience in Pastel Express or Partner advantageous
  • A valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Reside in Cape Town
