BKB has an HR Internship Opportunity for a graduate to assist with all administrative, industrial relations duties and  tasks; updating and maintaining the HR database.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Relevant HR Diploma / matric
  • Must be fully bilingual and conversant in Afrikaans & English
  • Hardworking and must be able to work under pressure
  • Able to follow instructions well
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organising skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Good people skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Solid knowledge of general administrative processes
  • Basic understanding of HR software, processes and practices
