Alfa Laval Business Administration Internship Opportunity 2020

Alfa Laval South Africa is looking for a Business Administration Intern who will be responsible to perform the job and complete their Internship Programme running for 12 months.



Responsibilities:

  • Ensure call receiving, screening, forwarding or messaging as required
  • Greet clients when entering the building and find out their nature of enquiry, refer them to appropriate contacts, either in the organization or elsewhere
  • Carry out other secretarial and receptionist duties as requested
  • Organize and perform duties as required by the HR Manager and support all administrative processes.
  • Assist in the training process; enquiries, planning, payments, filing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Administration /Business Management - Applicants must have a letter from University  for Workplace Experience
  • Able to help customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Assist as and when required with additional tasks 
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
