Nielsen is  looking Advanced Analytical Consulting Intern. You will find success on this team by leveraging your outstanding analytical problem-solving, communication and relationship-building skills to deliver top quality work to our clients.



RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT - Partner with clients to identify business opportunities;

Engagement with internal business partners (e.g. HR, finance, GTOP, Data Science) and embrace change
Insightful client presentations & reporting
Understand End2End Nielsen process for RMS Analytics & provide basic explanations around how to use Nielsen DataQuick data retrievals and topline reporting of relevant services to clients

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT -  Build internal knowledge of RMS Analytics products

Attend team meetings and cross-departmental initiatives
Deep understanding of other departments and promote the Nielsen values & culture



OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - Revenue & Business Development, consider financial goals where relevant

Proposal writing
High-level data analysis and visualization of insights
Briefing of Projects into Operations
Ability to spot a data query, analyze it & work with Operations to resolve in a timely manner

INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT -

Be a role model in promoting our social media profile across appropriate platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, National Media, etc)
Stay up to date with marketing and media research/information news

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-1 years experience in a similar position
  • Minimum Qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as, but not limited to Marketing Management, Business Management, Communication, Economics, Math, Psychology
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Google Office Products and Social Media
