Air Liquide Graduate Programme 2020

Air  Liquide IM BOS Digital Transformation Officer Graduate will be provided with continuous coaching, mentoring and on the job training related to all recruitment functions.

Missions and Responsibilities
Total IM operational exposure with the need to create BI dashboards illustrating our operations and daily workings within NAV. Objective is to give our first and second level manager dashboard to manage their teams optimally.

Competencies and Profile
  • Chemical Engineering degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Quality Orientation - Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how detailed; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks.
  • Initiating Action - Taking prompt action to accomplish work goals; taking action to achieve results beyond what is required; being proactive.
  • Collaborating skills - Working cooperatively with others to help a team or work group achieve its goals
  • Ability to understand and work in a industrial operating environment
