Geo Rep Software Customer Service Graduate Opportunity 2020

Geo Rep is looking for Software Customer Service graduate who is technically savvy, competent with Microsoft Excel, great communication skills and a positive can-do attitude. We are not looking for experience, as the successful candidate will be trained on the necessary system skills, however should have a base of competency ideally through education. The successful candidate needs to be driven by a passion to be successful. We are looking for some who is reliable, copes well in pressure situations and will always giving nothing than their best every day.

Geo Rep is a fast-growing company and the successful candidate will be exposed to many businesses that are clients of Geo Rep. This is an opportunity to get in at the ground level and grow with the business. The role itself will not just be support based and will cover many areas of the business.

Responsibilities (training will be provided on all systems)

• First line of support using Zendesk for email support
• Phone support where required
• Geo Rep system implementation and maintenance
• Geo Rep development testing and feedback
• Lead qualification and generation through research, email and phone (just to confirm contact people)
• General admin and growth areas not yet envisioned by this job profile

Skills Required

• Relevant degree preferred
• Must Have Excellent Excel skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• General technical competency and ability to understand functionality of Apps and Website Systems (cloud-based systems)
• Critical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening skills

Remuneration

• R7’000 to R10’000 depending on candidate
• Annual Bonus based off agreed KPI’s
