The Senwes Graduate Programme is designed to give you a stimulating, rewarding, learning and growth experience. Graduates are recruited on an annual basis and put through rigorous practical experience-based training and leadership development.

Graduates will be supported by coaches and a mentor throughout the programme.

The Graduate programme is part of the Senwes strategy to continuously develop its leadership pipeline and create a diverse and inclusive organisation.

1. Credit Graduate
Requirements: Completed Relevant Bcom degree (candidates with Economics, Agricultural Economics and Risk Management degrees will receive preference) or aim to be completed by the end of 2020

2. Industrial Psychology Graduate
Requirements: Completed academic year (M1) of Industrial Psychology Master's degree or aim to be completed by the end of 2020

3. IT Graduate
Requirements: Completed Degree or Diploma in a relevant IT field or aim to be completed by the end of 2020
