IBM Human Resources Interns 2020

IBM is looking for Human Resources Interns who are ready to design and execute initiatives that will drive IBM's purpose - to Be Essential.

As an HR Professional, you'll work with other IBMers in South Africa and possibly around the world to collaborate and solve complex challenges across HR domains, such as HR Generalist, Labour Law, Employment Equity, B-BBEE, Talent Management and reviewing of HR policies and procedures.

Your work here at IBM may require trend analysis, development of communication packages, design thinking, conducting research on emerging HR trends, project management, problem analysis, and solution implementation related to HR initiatives. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Degree in Human Resources
  • Basic knowledge in Human Resources
  • English Fluent

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Computer literate and excellent Excel skills
  • Relationship building, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Handling
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and Problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a pressurised and deadline driven environment
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptive to changing environments
  • Ability to execute and Co Ordinate and organize events and Projects
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of Integrity and Confidentiality
  • Self- motivated, Initiative, Persuasive
