Description: Mazars is looking for high potential individuals to join the Mazar Administration Learnership Programme for the upcoming 2021 intake.

An opportunity is available in the Administration Department and includes performing administration duties, providing administrative support and delivering on projects under the guidance of the Mazars Admin Team.

You will require a combination of focus and flexibility as well as a willingness to play a pro-active and communicative role by providing administrative service to line managers/partners of Mazars SA.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting the printing department with photocopying, binding of documents and paper distribution.
  • Photocopying and binding of documents.
  • Paper distribution.
  • Distribution and collection of files.
  • Opening and maintaining of client files.
  • Archiving of client files.
  • Auditorium furniture set-up and moving of furniture within the office.
  • Collection and distribution of internal mail.
  • By-hand deliveries and collection (external).
  • Driving Licence (If needed).
  • Ad Hoc assistance with maintenance duties and other admin duties.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be a recommendation.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Quality and detail orientated.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Must be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Must be proactive and possess good problem solving skills.
