Description: Mazars is looking for high potential individuals to join the Mazar IT/ Systems Learnership Programme for the upcoming 2021 intake.
The opportunity is available in the IT Department for a top performer to assist with administrative tasks. This role will report directly to the IT Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prioritise job requests received through the central helpdesk ticket system.
- Maintain a good relationship with Software vendors.
- Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks within the helpdesk environment when required.
- Perform general office administration duties.
- Liaise with external and internal clients.
- Manage all telephone calls (answering, screening, initiating calls, taking messages, and record keeping).
- Liaising with external and internal clients.
- Assist with ad hoc duties.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- A+ Qualification advantageous..
- N+ Qualification advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to learn new and emerging technologies Proactive Thinking.
- IT orientated and Tech savvy advantageous.
- Focus on providing a high-levels of customer service.
- Maintain professionalism when dealing with customers in person, telephonically, email and via Instant Messaging.
