Description: RCL FOODS is looking for an Admin Assistant to join our fantastic Food Partners team! An organized individual strong on Admin with a professional approach that will provide effective support to the Industrial Milling team within our Group Functions Division.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Grade 12.

• Relevant Degree in Administration/Office Management.

• Proficient in Microsoft/Word/Excel/Powerpoint.

• Must reside in Gauteng.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Input workflow pricing into system.

• Send deals to the Finance team in Westville.

• Check pricing after it has been captured by Westville.

• Minimize claims by making sure deals were correctly loaded by Westville by checking pricing after it has been loaded.

• Check Monthly pricing by customer.

• Manage and collate price changes and deals – Correct pricing at customer and Mill.

• Develop and Maintain both a Paper Filing and Computer filing system.

• Build Files for large key customers – Market Info, performance in market etc.

• Build a telephone relationship with Intercompany Customers as well as manufacturing customers to assist with customer communication of queries and deliveries.

• Be able to work under pressure when there are urgent customer deadlines, deliveries & be able to prioritize emergencies and customer queries.

• Various Reports.

• Assist when the two other NAM assistants are not available with workflow deals and reports.

• Manage contact with the milling team with regards to emergencies.

Claims Management:

• Receive Claims

• Verify all claims submitted by Vector

• Investigate possible causes of claims, calculate correct costing of claims and confirm the value being claimed.

• Gather all relevant evidence and supporting documentations for valid and invalid claims.

• Ensure that all claims are updated and submitted timeously to relevant parties

• Follow up with Inter-company with regards to outstanding invalid claims.
