This internship is an opportunity for an individual that requires 3 to 8 months of in-service or practical workplace experience in order to complete a tertiary qualification.

Key Responsibilities in this role
- General administration and filing.
- Reviewing of commercial contracts and tracking of contractual information including agreement end dates, etc.
- Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and legal documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information.
- Managing diaries.
- Monitoring emails and setting up meetings accordingly.
- Other ad hoc admin duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- A keen understanding of technology.
- Great written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management/ organising skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive with a demonstrated ability to remain self-motivated.
- Skilled in management of deadlines.
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate.
- Completing Tertiary education in an admin-related Degree/ Diploma/ National Certificate.
