Description: Yoyo are currently looking for Administration Internship Opportunity. 

This internship is an opportunity for an individual that requires 3 to 8 months of in-service or practical workplace experience in order to complete a tertiary qualification.

Key Responsibilities in this role

  • General administration and filing.
  • Reviewing of commercial contracts and tracking of contractual information including agreement end dates, etc.
  • Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and legal documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information.
  • Managing diaries.
  • Monitoring emails and setting up meetings accordingly.
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • A keen understanding of technology.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management/ organising skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive with a demonstrated ability to remain self-motivated.
  • Skilled in management of deadlines.


  • Matric Certificate.
  • Completing Tertiary education in an admin-related Degree/ Diploma/ National Certificate.
