E-commerce fulfilment
- Process orders done through the Fieldbar website
- Process orders with wholesale clients
- Co-ordinate with couriers for three times a week pick up
- Work with Manufacturing to ensure correct stock levels are shown on our website
- Co-ordinate product returns.
- Monthly stock counts and reconciliations
Customer support
- Reply and manage all customer support emails.
- Replay and manage customer support queries on social media
General admin
- Ensure the factory/offices have supplies.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the managing director.
Requirements
- Must have a tertiary qualification
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, email, and online software
- Good writing skills
- Natural empathy for customers
- Massive attention to detail
