Description: Highbury Media is currently looking for a Food Intern to join their team.
Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is SA's largest independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the country's best-performing titles.
The successful candidate will be exposed to:
-Food preparation.
-Assist with planning and prepping food.
-Assist with kitchen schedule.
-Keeping up to date with food trends.
-Content research and brainstorming.
-Opportunity to style.
-The ideal candidate will be curious, with enthusiasm for generating food-related ideas.
Requirements:
-Culinary background or culinary school diploma would be a plus.
-Organised and able to work on different tasks at one time.
-Eager to learn and a self-motivated person.
-Able to work in a high paced deadline-driven environment on various platforms.
