Description: Volkswagen is inviting graduates to apply for their Experiential Trainee Programme 2021.

Volkswagen Group South Africa's Experiential Trainee Programme is your opportunity to explore the dynamic world of vehicle manufacturing. 

Whilst on the programme you will be exposed to corporate, personal and leadership development, which will allow you to get to grips with the working world and lay a solid foundation for a successful career. 

Responsibilities

  • Successful applicants should have completed their N6 certificate in the past three years.
  • Should still require practical experience to obtain their National N Diploma.
  • Successful applicants will be contracted as a temporary employee, for a period of 18 months, commencing 1 March 2021 until 31 August 2022.

Education and Experience

Students who are or have studied N6 in one of the following fields and have an above average academic record:

  • Management Assistant N6 
  • Office Management N6.
  • Business Management N6 
  • Financial Management N6.
  • Information Technology N6 
  • HR Management N6.

Skills, Attributes & Other requirements

  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A driver’s license will be highly advantageous.
