Description: Apply now for the DS Nutritional Products SA HR Graduate Programme 2021. We have an exciting internship opportunity for an HR Graduate to gain practical workplace experience, giving a head start to the world of work. Reporting to the People & Organisation Business Partner, the Intern will provide administrative support to the P&O team and will get exposure to all facets within the Human Resource function. The internship opportunity will be for a fixed duration of 24 months.

The Graduate Development Programme aims to create a pipeline of young and talented individuals within the business and offers graduates an opportunity to development themselves in line with their completed qualification.

You Bring

  • A degree in Human Resource Management, plus 6 to 12 months experience
  • Computer literacy in MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well in a team and collaborate
  • Initiative and openness to learn

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new engagements
  • Maintain an effective filing system
  • Assist with training and development coordination and administration
  • Assist with coordinating employee wellness programmes
  • Effective maintenance of evidence in B-BBEE management system
  • Assist with the annual B-BBEE verification process
  • Assist the P&O Business Partner with adhoc projects
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed

 Important Note

This is a fixed term contract for 24 months and applicants must not currently be enrolled in a graduate development programme. We will assist you to register with the South African Board of People’s Practices (SABPP).
