- Completing/completed a Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Industrial Engineering in the last two years.

role
- No work experience is required – maximum of 0 – 3 years work experience will be considered.
- A drive and mind to shape processes and plants for exceptional performance in the future.
- Average academic record of 65%+.
- Good command of English language written and oral in order to effectively interact and communicate with other employees.
- Basic computer literacy essential - Working knowledge of MS Office applications will be preferred.
Key Accountabilities & Deliverables
- Learn to effective utilize, assess and diagnose issues with operational tools and equipment.
- Research and provide analytics on market trends, cost projections, maintenance plans, design concepts and customer quality considerations to keep the business relevant in the market.
- Build and foster effective working relationships with internal and customer based role players to respond to customer or management needs proactively.
- Provide technical support to the assigned managers and operational teams on assigned projects to ensure feasibility of the project and achieve the desired outcomes.
- Participate in project team meetings to ensure team members are kept informed and deal effectively with challenges or critical impacts on the project or in the team.
- Provide appropriate estimates, budgets and financial analysis on required projects or sectors to .improve the business sustainability and cost control.
- Prepare accurate reports in a timely manner.
- Participate fully in assigned development programmes and modules.
- Present quarterly to Plant Management or Senior leadership of the team on opportunities, threats or projects.
- Stay abreast of developments in own field in order to apply best practice and share knowledge with the broader team.
