We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator intern to join our team in this one-year opportunity and partake in a variety of projects. 

We are seeking talented students or professionals who aspire to gain experience in the field of International Business and Information Technology.

  • The schedule is flexible and allows three-day weekends.

Requirements:

  • Must have an advanced level in English (oral and written).
  • Must have a personal computer/laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Must have knowledge of Google products (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).
  • Must have familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
  • Must have a basic understanding of how Zoom works.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Be in the last semesters or have completed a four-year degree.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Willingness to learn.

The duties and responsibilities for the Human Resources Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Understand the concept of the company, brand, customers, and product goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage filing systems and update records.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Provide suggestions to management to improve internal processes.
  • Do research on different topics.
  • Perform various tasks to support the project.

Duration:

  • Twelve months in total. The intern will be working six months as a Human Resources Coordinator and the last six months as a Human Resources Manager.

Location: Global and Remote.
