As a Social Media Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and growing our online presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
Monitor social media platforms for opportunities to engage with our audience.
Collaborate with the mille collines team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
Schedule and publish posts according to content calendar.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and a passion for digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
Deliverables:
- Regularly scheduled social media posts across multiple platforms.
- Engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience.
- Increased follower engagement and brand awareness.
- Monthly reports analyzing social media performance and recommending improvements.
Duration: 6 months
Remuneration: R4500 net per month
