Duties & Responsibilities
- The Browns internship offers ongoing mentoring and hands-on experience in driving strategy, innovation and performance.
- This 12-month programme will give a few talented interns access to business leaders, professional artisans and the pioneers of South Africa’s number one luxury jewellery brand.
Desired Experience & Qualification
The Browns internship is aimed at degreed graduates with a passion for life
and work. All academic fields will be considered with special consideration of the
following: -
• Engineering
• Marketing
• Project Management
• Commerce and Finance
• Merchandising
• We’re looking for mature candidates with an appreciation of fine jewellery
and luxury.
• Business acumen or a good understanding of how a business works is a
recommendation.
• Must be highly organised, and exceptional at completing tasks both quickly
and well.
• Your eagerness to follow-through on work assignments demonstrates your high
potential for growth.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a non-negotiable.
• Any project-based experience is advantageous.
• You must be prepared to work retail hours (incl. weekends and public
holidays).
• Own transport is advantageous.
