Apply now for the Bidfreight Port Operations Learnership Programme 2024. Bidfreight Port Operations (Pty) Ltd (BPO) is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed South African youth! Unemployed Youths aged 18-29 are encouraged to apply for their National Certificate in Freight Handling Learnership Programme.

The Programme:

  • A 12-month learnership program combining classroom training and on-the-job experience.
  • Upon successful completion, you will earn a National Qualification in Freight Handling (SAQA ID 57831).
  • This is a fixed-term contract with no guarantee of permanent employment after completion.

Who can Apply:

  • Unemployed South African Youths between 18-29 years old.
  • Matric pass with a minimum of 60% average.
  • Must not be enrolled in any post-school qualification program at the time of application.
  • Preference will be given to children of BPO employees.

BPO in a Nutshell:

  • BPO is a subsidiary of Bidvest Group Ltd.
  • They are a leading provider of in-port logistics services across all commercial cargo ports in South Africa.
  • Their core activities include stevedoring, warehousing, terminal operations, and transportation.

  • Matric Certificate: Proof of your secondary education completion.
  • Academic Transcripts: (if available) Provide your official academic transcripts.
