  • Free State: Fezile Dabi, Lejweleputswa, Thabo Mofutsanyana, Mangaung (4 campuses)
  • Limpopo: Waterberg, Mopani, Sekhukhune, Vhembe, Capricorn (6 campuses)
  • Mpumalanga: Ehlanzeni, Gert, Sibande, Nkangala (3 campuses)
  • Northern Cape: Frances Baard, John Taolo Gaetsewe (2 campuses)
  • Northwest: Bojanala, Ngaka Modiri Molema, Dr. Kenneth Kaunda (3 campuses)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and supervise peer mentors and educators.
  • Provide social support services and connect students with additional psychosocial support.
  • Coordinate and mentor learners in civic and wellness skills programs.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with other sectors.
  • Collect and report data.
  • Advocate for student well-being through communication and lobbying efforts.
  • Handle administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or social science (Master's preferred).
  • Registration with SACSSP or ASCHP.
  • Driver's license (advantageous).

Experience:

  • Case management, report writing, and working with adolescents and young people.
  • Data collection and reporting.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Facilitation in capacity development and skills training.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills.

Qualities:

  • Excellent administrative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to build networks.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and stress management skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and cross-culturally sensitive.
