Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and complete employee records in the HR information
system (HRIS).
• Process new hire paperwork, including onboarding documents and benefits
enrollment.
• Manage employee leaves of absence, including tracking vacation time, sick
leave, and personal time off. • Assist with the recruitment process by
scheduling interviews, collecting references, and preparing offer letters.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and
procedures.
• Maintain and update company policy and procedure manuals.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations.
• Liaise with external vendors on HR-related matters, such as insurance
companies.
• Assist with payroll by providing accurate and timely employee data.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field
(preferred).
