Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing the API process
- Assigning CAV report review to appropriate reviewer
- Give feedback to the applicable auditor and request a corrective action plan
- Responsible for the onboarding process of new auditors and the maintenance of existing auditor’s qualifications
- Setting up interviews for new and potential ER’s
- Assisting the operations team with administrative functions
- Maintain Sharepoint Associate Auditor filing structure and documentation
- Assist Team Leader with weekly reporting for operation team meeting
Skills:
- Ability to interact either verbally, in writing or in person at all levels, to maintain a strong customer focus
- Experience of working within a busy office environment within a customer-facing organisation and ability to self-manage and effectively prioritise.
- Very attentive to detail
- To be computer literate and have experience of using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Good organisational skills. The ability to self-manage a range of administrative tasks throughout the working week.
- Must be a self-starter and take initiative
Qualifications:
Favorable National Diploma (Must require P1 & P2):
- Microbiology
- Food Technology
- Environmental Health
- Occupational Health and Safety
Listed below are the minimum requirements that you are required to meet:
- Citizen in the country of hire
- Should be based at the city of hire
- A relevant National Diploma qualification
- Have not worked full time (more than 1 year) in their field of study
- Currently in final year of the qualification or just completed studies
