Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with implementing the API process
  • Assigning CAV report review to appropriate reviewer
  • Give feedback to the applicable auditor and request a corrective action plan
  • Responsible for the onboarding process of new auditors and the maintenance of existing auditor’s qualifications
  • Setting up interviews for new and potential ER’s
  • Assisting the operations team with administrative functions
  • Maintain Sharepoint Associate Auditor filing structure and documentation
  • Assist Team Leader with weekly reporting for operation team meeting

Skills: 

  • Ability to interact either verbally, in writing or in person at all levels, to maintain a strong customer focus
  • Experience of working within a busy office environment within a customer-facing organisation and ability to self-manage and effectively prioritise.
  • Very attentive to detail
  • To be computer literate and have experience of using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Good organisational skills. The ability to self-manage a range of administrative tasks throughout the working week.
  • Must be a self-starter and take initiative

Qualifications:

Favorable National Diploma (Must require P1 & P2):

  • Microbiology 
  • Food Technology 
  • Environmental Health
  • Occupational Health and Safety 

 Listed below are the minimum requirements that you are required to meet:

  • Citizen in the country of hire
  • Should be based at the city of hire
  • A relevant National Diploma qualification
  • Have not worked full time (more than 1 year) in their field of study
  • Currently in final year of the qualification or just completed studies
