Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist payroll process with relation to employee engagements, Promotions and Terminations.
• Provide support and administration on all Sage systems and general project requirements.
• Assist in processing payroll adjustments, bonuses, and commissions.
• Ensuring the SLA of the HR Business Unit of the turnaround time of 48 hours is adhered to.
• Queries on Payroll processes and issues are resolved effectively and timeously.
• Assist liaising with external funds and schemes are managed effectively in line with the SLA and accurately captured and processed.
• Assist with Input of annual increases, performance bonuses and incentives on the system and ensuring that they are paid out timeously.
• Ensuring employee data is accurately captured (including all events throughout the employee life cycle)
• Assist data is captured and processed timeously.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process, assisting with preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• 0 - 2 Years related experience
• Available immediately
• Matric or Grade 12
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related
