We value your fresh perspective and enthusiasm, not extensive work experience.

Passion Over Experience: While no work experience is required, we’re looking for individuals who are passionate about shaping processes and plants for exceptional performance. Your drive and academic excellence (65% or higher) will set you apart in our dynamic team.

Communication & Tech Savvy: With a good command of written and spoken English and basic computer literacy (especially in MS Office applications), you’ll be ready to effectively interact and communicate with colleagues, contributing to impactful projects from day one.

  • As a Graduate Engineer, your core responsibilities will include delivering specific tasks on assigned plant projects in collaboration with managers and project-based role players.
  •  You will handle machinery, investigate operational matters, estimate designs, apply technical problem-solving, and manage manufacturing tools.
  • Your role involves providing technical support, participating in project meetings, preparing accurate reports, and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Additionally, you will research market trends, build effective working relationships, and stay updated on industry developments to ensure best practices are applied.
