Responsibilities & Requirements:
·Get hands-on in crafting creative social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok Facebook, Twitter, and more
· Assist with community management - engage with our online community by responding to comments, complaints, and messages.
· Stay in the loop on what's hot and happening in the social media sphere, bringing fresh ideas to the table
· Work in Canva and Capcut
· A focus on community management – a strong customer service-based role, to assist our customers, address concerns, demonstrate an authentic social presence, and maintain a good relationship with consumers through responding to comments, queries, and direct messages.
·Assisting at events with covering social media – stories and content.
·Assist with reporting.
Qualifications:
· A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications / a social media-related field - ongoing/completed.
Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive can-do attitude as well as the desire to constantly learn and improve.
• Tons of energy, passion, and enthusiasm
• Able to identify rising issues, assess and evaluate the situation, and implement a solution.
• Can work very well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent tactical planning for content weeks in advance.
• Excellent writing & communication skills
• Great organizational & negotiation skills.
