Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, and Takealot.
- Respond to customer inquiries across social media, email, and other platforms.
- Assist in creating product advertisements and maintaining store displays.
- Support order picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Organize the office workspace and assist with events and promotions.
- Conduct market research and engage with audiences on social media.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (e.g., Public Relations, Business Administration, Media Studies, Journalism, Brand Management, Advertising).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a passion for brand communications and marketing.
