TÜV Rheinland Africa is looking for a full-time Payroll and HR Officer to join the Human Resource Department in Johannesburg. The Payroll and HR Officer will be responsible for administering payroll, managing HR-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Other responsibilities include providing HR support to colleagues, verifying and updating employee data, and resolving HR-related queries.
Will be taught to administrate in the following areas:
- Talent Acquisition
- Compensation and Benefits
- Training and Development
- Employee Relations
- HR Admin
- Statutory Reporting
Qualifications
- Degree in HR or related
- Basic knowledge of South African labor legislation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
