OutSurance Internship Programme 2025

 Apply for the OutSurance Internship Programme 2025. The internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend. 

The successful candidate must be able to function well in a diverse team. This person must be able to multitask, prioritise and be able to work under pressure.

Take note to qualify for an INSETA Internship program you need to:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
  • Be between the ages of 18 & 35
  • Unemployed in the last 2 months

Payroll

Qualifications

  • BA in business administration or BCom in Human Resources or Accounting or similar relevant field

Experience:

  • MS Office – Advance MS Excel (advantageous)

Payroll Analytics

Qualifications

  • BSc IT or other quantitative degree

Experience:

  • MSSQL (advantageous)
  • MS Office – Advance MS Excel (advantageous)

Data Analyst

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Engineering, Informatics or equivalent
  • Knowledge of any programming language with a willingness to learn SQL programming.
  • Knowledge of visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of analytical/statistical programming such as Python, R, or SAS would be beneficial.

Motor Assessing

Qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent
  • 1 year certificate or higher in the Automotive/Mechanical or related qualification field 

IT Help Desk

Qualifications

  • Information Technology/Information Systems
  • Diploma in Information Technology (3-4 years qualification)
  • Or relevant IT qualification (degree and/ or diploma)
  • A+ Certificate 
Human Capital

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Development/ Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology/ Labour Relations/ BCom law/ LLB
