Your Role at Twizza:
As an HR Intern at Twizza, you'll:
- Optimize HR Processes: Assist in streamlining various HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze & Innovate: Utilize data analysis techniques to inform HR strategies and decision-making, and propose innovative solutions to enhance HR practices and employee engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR professionals and other departments to support organizational initiatives, contribute to a positive work culture, and ensure alignment of HR practices with company objectives.

Minimum requirements
- Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management
- No previous participation in an Internship programme
