The eComplete E-commerce Project Management Intern will work closely with our project management team to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of e-commerce initiatives. This role offers exposure to digital marketing, website development, operations, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing e-commerce projects, including website updates, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate between teams (marketing, design, development, and operations) to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and report insights to stakeholders.
• Support quality assurance (QA) testing for website updates and new features.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Assist in documentation, process improvements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Help manage e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) by updating product listings, content, and promotions.
• Assist in customer experience enhancements, including UX/UI research and A/B testing.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
