Key Responsibilities:
• Formatting / Typing out CVs.
• Arrange pre-screening interviews with candidates.
• Do reference checks on candidates.
• Gather background checking documents and follows-up.
• Updating database.
• Ensuring quality in the recruitment process.
• Compiling and presentation of periodic reports to management.
• Recruitment of entry level roles.
Qualifications:
• Completed tertiary qualification in HR or related fields.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous.
Skills:
• Attention to detail
• Open-minded and inclusive attitude towards gender and diversity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
