This post is based in Goodwood.

What you will do:

  • Assist with recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for all new joiners and training initiatives
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to team meetings

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Completed Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Full competence with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and take on challenges
  • Access to reliable transport
