What you will do:
- Assist with recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and induction programs for all new joiners and training initiatives
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to team meetings
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Completed Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Full competence with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and take on challenges
- Access to reliable transport
