KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
• Provide administrative support.
• Assist with job evaluation/grading
• Assist with the scheduling of job analysis and grading sessions, Job Profiling Committee and OD team meetings etc.
• Assist in developing change management strategies and plans
