Key Responsibilities
- Task Coordination & Administration: Efficiently manage and coordinate tasks to ensure adherence to Siemens Learning Department standards.
- Commercial & Financial Duties: Process financial aspects, including purchase orders, requisitions, goods receipts, cost transfers, invoices, and payment verifications.
- Learning Application Verification: Review and verify learning applications for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies with employees.
- Employee & Bursar Support: Respond to administrative queries from employees and bursars, ensuring effective communication.
- Catalogue & Course Management: Maintain the learning catalogue, working with training providers to update and approve courses.
- External Bursar Support: Assist external bursars in their applications and liaise with educational institutions for timely processing of payments.
- SETA Liaison: Support Skills Development Facilitators with SETA-related compliance activities.
- Training Documentation & Filing: Organize and file training documents, maintaining a structured filing system.
- Database Management: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the Learning Department’s database.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background:
- B.Com Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, Training, or Development.
- National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Skills Development, or Learning & Development is advantageous.
- NQF Level 5 or higher in Training and Development is a plus.
- Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Advantageous: Experience in coordination and administration of Learnerships/NQF products and working with Training Management or Learner Management Systems.
