The Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency (ECPTA) invites unemployed graduates and final-year TVET students to apply for the Finance Internship and Workplace-Based Learning (WIL) Programme 2025.
The ECPTA Graduate Internship and WIL Programme is designed to provide young finance professionals with practical workplace experience. Selected candidates will be placed within ECPTA’s offices, where they will be exposed to real-world tasks in budgeting, auditing, procurement, and financial reporting.
This programme aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and the requirements of the job market, thereby enhancing participants’ long-term employability.
Who Should Apply?
This programme is open to:
- Unemployed graduates with a National Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management
- TVET College students who require workplace-based learning (WIL) to complete their N6 National Certificate
- South African citizens aged 18–35 years, preferably residing in the Eastern Cape
- Individuals not currently enrolled in any internship, WIL, or learnership programme

- Programme Duration and Placement
- Duration: Up to 12 months depending on the applicant’s category (Graduate or WIL)
- Placements will occur at ECPTA Head Office and potentially other regional offices across the Eastern Cape

- Certified copies of your ID, qualification(s), or N6 Statement of Results
- TVET students must include a letter from their college confirming the need for WIL placement
