Motus Aftermarket Parts is seeking vibrant,driven and ambitious individuals to join its Sales Cadet Programme—a dynamic 24-month training initiative designed to develop young individuals for careers in sales within the automotive industry, particularly at Aftermarket Parts branches. It focuses on building sales skills, product knowledge, and interpersonal abilities, with the goal of preparing individuals for potential management positions.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Stipend – R8500,00
- must be between the age of 18-35
- must reside in Gauteng/KZN
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Sales experience (advantageous).
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Communication Skills Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication, plus active listening to understand customer needs.
- Negotiation & Persuasion Confidently presenting solutions, handling objections, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets.
- Product Knowledge Acquisition Willingness and ability to learn technical details about aftermarket automotive parts.
- Time Management & Organization Managing daily tasks, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
