The Restonic Human Resources Internship Programme 2025 will support the implementation and administration of the company’s learning and development, BBBEE, and transformation initiatives. The role is ideal for a graduate passionate about people development, data accuracy, and contributing to skills upliftment within the organisation.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or bachelor's degree in:
- Human Resources Management
- Industrial Psychology
- Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency essential)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling and maintaining training records, attendance registers, and learner databases.
- Support the coordination of internal and external training interventions, including logistics and communication.
- Help prepare documentation for SETA submissions, including Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs).
- Assist in tracking learnerships, internships, and bursary programmes.
- Support with BBBEE Skills Development scorecard evidence collection.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) or training spreadsheets.
- Conduct follow-ups with employees and training providers to ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide administrative support for training audits and reporting requirements.
- Assist in awareness campaigns and communication related to learning, development, and transformation.
- Duties and responsibilities are, however, not limited to this, all reasonable and lawful requests within your scope of work/abilities given by management are to be followed whether this is inside or outside the factories
- Draft employment contracts and other administrative duties within the broader HR Team
- Create clock cards for new joiners
- Ensure all leave forms and terminations for wages staff are sent to payroll on time
