We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team, with a primary focus on Recruitment and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, candidate communication, and interview coordination
• Schedule interviews and maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support onboarding activities, including new employee documentation, induction coordination, and personnel file administration
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR operational reports, recruitment trackers, and basic people data
• Provide general administrative and shared services support to the HR team, including routine HR operations and transactional tasks
• Support other HR initiatives, projects, and ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
• Recently (2024/5) completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
