We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to assist the Head of Department: Compliance and Legal, as well as the HR Manager. The intern will gain hands-on experience in compliance and legal processes within the property management sector, along with exposure to HR functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills while contributing to the operational success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance and Legal:

  • Assist in reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
  • Support the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports.
  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting property management.
  • Help maintain organised records of compliance-related documentation and reporting.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes, summarising key points and action items for follow-up.
  • Assist with audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.

Human Resources Support:

  • Provide support to the HR Manager in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening applications.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing orientation materials, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus, but not required.

Package & Remuneration: Market Related
