Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Proof of completion of N6 Qualification in Financial Management
• Computer literacy is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Numerate, accurate, methodical, customer centric
• Flexible, well organized and ability to cope under pressure
Key Outputs:
• Assist with the processing of income, expense, asset & liability journals as required for the accounting records to reflect accurately.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Reconcile the Debtors control.
• Reconcile petty cash.
• Prepare and post standard journals.
• Check the bank reconciliations.
• Ensure that the trial balance allocations are correct.
• Assist with preparing statutory returns and ensure VAT receipts are filed accurately, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Perform general office duties including filing.
• Provide support with other tasks as needed and ensure adherence to company policy and procedures.
